Strict Incoming Raw Material Inspection Eliminating quality risks from the source All core raw materials including high-carbon manganese steel wire, packaging fabrics and adhesives undergo batch sampling inspection and comprehensive performance testing. We strictly verify material certificates, performance parameters and environmental protection grades. Inspections are conducted on wire tensile strength, yield strength, rust resistance, fabric toughness, air permeability as well as eco-friendly and odorless properties of adhesives. All substandard raw materials are 100% rejected and returned, ensuring no defective materials enter the production line.

In-process Quality Inspection Real-time quality control throughout all procedures We adopt a dual inspection system combining automated production and manual patrol inspection. Dedicated quality inspection stations are set for every core procedure including spring coiling, heat treatment, packaging and assembly. Process parameters, product dimensions and forming quality are monitored in real time. Regular sampling tests are carried out on spring elasticity, resilience and compression fatigue resistance. Issues such as dimensional deviation, technical defects and packaging flaws are promptly resolved to prevent semi-finished product defects from proceeding to the next procedure.

Comprehensive Finished Product Testing Multi-dimensional rigorous performance verification Finished springs and spring units undergo comprehensive professional multi-dimensional testing to verify overall product performance. Compression fatigue tests simulate tens of thousands of repeated compressions to confirm long-term durability against deformation and collapse. Noise reduction tests ensure silent independent expansion with no interference. We also examine pocket sealing strength, spring anti-rust performance and overall supporting balance, together with environmental indicators including formaldehyde content and odor. All substandard finished products are completely discarded and never released to the market.

Full-process Traceability Management Traceability of every single product We have built a complete quality traceability system with digital records and document filing covering raw material batches, production procedures, test data and finished product delivery.
